Where we build

Guadalmina & San Pedro

Mature residential areas. Classic villas brought up to current standards.

About this area

Guadalmina and San Pedro are mature residential zones: classic villas, established streets, and houses that have been extended or decorated more than once. The work is usually an upgrade to current performance — envelope, installations, wet rooms and finishes — rather than a first build on empty ground. Guadalmina Baja and Linda Vista are typical of that fabric. Community expectations are those of a lived-in urbanisation: hours, access, and a site that cannot behave like a remote hillside compound. We execute integral renovations with our own trades, one technical lead, and monthly certification of what has actually been built. Classic villas often hide the same problems as the Golden Mile: services that pre-date current insulation and climate loads, roofs and renders that no longer keep the house dry, and interiors that cannot take large-format stone until the “canvas” is level. We rebuild those layers properly. We do not take on cosmetic packages. Each area on the Costa del Sol has its own codes and access constraints. Here the specific demand is bringing a classic house up to the standard we hold on new work, without pretending it is a plot in La Zagaleta.

Generic copy says “classic villas brought up to current standards.” What that means in Guadalmina is a lived-in street, an older envelope, and a full rebuild of installations and wet rooms — not a decorative refresh.
