Most luxury builds on the Costa del Sol fail in the same place: the handover between subcontractors. Each trade arrives, executes its scope and leaves. Nobody owns the junction between waterproofing and tiling, or the sequence that decides whether the floor goes down before the skirting. At Realta, builders, electricians, plumbers, tile specialists and finish carpenters are on our payroll. A defect is resolved in hours by the same team that built it. There is one name on the contract and one person who answers.
For architects and designers
Studios bring us projects that need to be executed exactly as designed: mitred edges, minimal joints, curved pieces fabricated on site, large-format porcelain on laser-levelled bases. We work as the construction arm for leading architecture and interior design studios on the Costa del Sol. What we ask is a technically resolved project. What we return is the drawing, built.
